GBI migrated from one MacBook to another computer I migrated from one MacBook to another. The new Macbook would not launch Movavi. Movavi provided a new passkey so that the application would launch. The application worked but did not capture sound. Then, I was provided a workaround for the ACE sound capture. It took several interactions but everything is working well now. Thank You!

GBGreat programs and customer service I have been using the Movavi Photo Editor for some time (an excellent program) and recently purchased their Slideshow Maker. Again, the program suits me really well - good functionality and straightforward to use (ideal in my elderly years!). I had one query about updating the program and emailed their Customer Service. Their response was quick and very helpful - they sorted the problem and made sure that everything was working well. My thanks to them. Overall, first class programs and customer service.

GBMovavi Video Editor I had purchased a monthly license for Movavi Video Editor and I liked it so much that I wanted to make it a permanent purchase. However, there wasn't an obvious method to make this transition. I contacted the Movavi support team and within a few minutes they presented me with a quick and very acceptable solution. I was even provided a discount! This is a company with a support team that knows customers.

GBI think the product is excellent as well as the integerity of the company 1. Easy to learn and use. 2. Technical support was responsive and persistent in their communication until the problem I was experiencing (after a year of glitch free use) was resolved.
