GBGreat product, fantastic customer support After testing various versions of Movavi I upgraded to the Unlimited package for my needs. I neglected to heed the email that the previous package was auto-renewing but after an email to support, they reached out quickly with the option to refund. Support responded quickly, professionally and checked in again to ensure all was well. The platform itself is easy to use with YouTube tutorial videos that have taken my video skills to the next level. Highly recommend.

GBI migrated from one MacBook to another computer I migrated from one MacBook to another. The new Macbook would not launch Movavi. Movavi provided a new passkey so that the application would launch. The application worked but did not capture sound. Then, I was provided a workaround for the ACE sound capture. It took several interactions but everything is working well now. Thank You!

AUIt's excellent It's excellent. For a 60 year old man such as myself with no video editing skills. I have enjoyed immensely learning how to put together great articles. Thank you Movavi for putting together such a brilliant user friendly tool. There's just so much you can do with Movavi.

ROAll of it All of it. The UI, ease of interaction, ease of use, comprehensive, concise, Visual Management, everything is as it should be. PLUS, it actually works, doing what the app advertises it will do! I am just hyped about the product after several fails and even happier to see quality work being done. Really god stuff, makes my heart grow ^^

GBMovavi is not legitime usa company… Movavi is not legitime usa company BEWARE with their policy First of all I would say that the company was not held by america mentality and the customer must have the right to get a refund at a certain time. I purchased movavi editor to edit my videos for youtube, but after I purchased the first software its devil trick , you can not edit at all then you need to upgrade , then I upgraded it and again i could not do nothing and i will need to upgrade it again. I realized that the company is a scammer, don't buy from them, the customer service told me that the next time I read our policy . I Purchased the software around 10:00 pm ( see screenshot), and as soon I get up I requested for refund and they told me that they will refund just one software because the first software key was activated but the reality was both key were activated and from the back end they can block the keys. They are nasty people. I have no idea how Brazilian people are buying that software. If I could leave 0 feedback I would . I tried to add the screenshoot from that transaction made on april 22 at 10:00pm and requested refund 9:00am less than 12 hours. update on your ticket - #6534016 REFUND REQUEST FOR BOTH DOWNLOAD
