The application worked but did not capture sound. Then, I was provided a workaround for the ACE sound capture. It took several interactions but everything is working well now. Thank You!

Doesn't allow you to save videos longer 60 sec... Doesn't allow you to save videos longer than 60 seconds! seriously ? I have to pay as much as 20 dollars for a hundred if there was no watermark and the video lasted longer than 60 seconds? it's not worth it, but the application has many useful functions, but due to such limitations they are useless

Perfect Custom Service I wrote Movavi's Customer Service at April 4th, because 2 of their product is seize each other. I got a working solution about my problem at April 5th. So I am very satisfied about them.

Movavi is not legitime usa company… Movavi is not legitime usa company BEWARE with their policy First of all I would say that the company was not held by america mentality and the customer must have the right to get a refund at a certain time. I purchased movavi editor to edit my videos for youtube, but after I purchased the first software its devil trick , you can not edit at all then you need to upgrade , then I upgraded it and again i could not do nothing and i will need to upgrade it again. I realized that the company is a scammer, don't buy from them, the customer service told me that the next time I read our policy . I Purchased the software around 10:00 pm ( see screenshot), and as soon I get up I requested for refund and they told me that they will refund just one software because the first software key was activated but the reality was both key were activated and from the back end they can block the keys. They are nasty people. I have no idea how Brazilian people are buying that software. If I could leave 0 feedback I would .
