Very easy to use Very easy to use. I've been using this program over a decade for all sorts of school, sports and church volunteer events and it's been a huge help in organizing volunteer shifts, potlucks, snack schedules, etc.

Easy to Use Easy to set up lists. Nice graphics. Let's you customize a reminder day so no extra steps for the organizer. Would love to have some more graphic options in the free version. And a separate line item in the spots for a hyperlink.

Good For Church Group Sign Ups As a leader of a church organization the Sign Up Genius has been super helpful. The fact that it's free is very much appreciated. However the older women seem to struggle to navigate their way using the Sign Up Genius, they want a piece of paper to sign up on. The website overwhelms them and their options are not always clear to these senior women. I would like it if the free banners/photos were lumped together and the paid for ones were kept separate. Add a cowboy/cowgirl photo in the free section. Also, the wording for the sign up slot choices are not clear. Examples of what I'm choosing would be nice to see.

This is the way I organize my students… This is the way I organize my students to come in and try our school instruments. It's great for the parents as they can change appointments as needed without going through me and it also sends reminders!
