Everything was as advertised, including free bonus data for first time subscribers. eSim seemed to work just fine, but I only tested today for a few hours. What I love is that the data balance doesn't expire if you to top up at least 3 US$ every 365 day period.

2 great years with KeepGo I've had eSIM for data with KeepGo 2 years now. KeepGo is a life saver. It really works great and I pay for what I use. All my unused data rolls over to the next month which is great. I saved tons of money using KeepGo and I highly recommend them. I have the eSIM and when I replaced my phone KeepGo customer support were very knowledgeable and solved my issues quickly. Special thanks to Ndifreke A, from KeepGo support, he helped transfer my eSIM and migrate my unused data from the old eSIM to the new one. If I could give KeepGo higher than 5 stars I would.

KeepGo customer service My Esim didn't connect properly but I was lucky to have WiFi available in order to contact KeepGos customer service messaging. They were very prompt and I have used the messaging a few times. Each time was good quick service. One member of their team Hoa Khuong is very good and each time i worked with Hoa my issue was resolved quickly and in a professional manner.

Had an activation issue transferring… Had an activation issue transferring the Keepgo SIM card to a new phone. Online (email) help was timely, quick and efficient and despite the problem being somewhat complex Ndifreke was able to figure everything foot and solve the problem and was very pleasant to work with!
