However, I was trying to set up the sim on my new Techno phone, but it didn't work. We tried then my husband's Samsung Galaxy note 9 and after a lot of frustrating trials, it finally worked. Have not had any problems… Have not had any problems connecting…we’ve moved from Scotland to Ireland and some people in our group with all kinds of SIMS and eSIMS had some problems getting service but my service was uninterrupted and smooth.
