GBTalk with Steve Talk with Steve. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained my order clearly. The order process went smoothly. After conversation order placement went well. We will see how the delivery goes and how the equipment works after we get. The system was promise to ship in 2 business days, and all equipment will either be OEM box or OEM bulk.

GBSuper Easy, Barely and Inconvenience I was absolutely skeptical about this site, as this is my first time building a PC, and know nothing about the process (Other than what YouTube showed me), but this site is super easy to navigate and ensures every part you choose from, when building a custom PC, is compatible. I got a bare bones video editing PC for only $700. All the specs are more than sufficient for editing in full HD. I'm not entirely sure how they are able to build my PC, burn it in, test it, AND ship it within only 5 business days, but that's an amazing claim I can't wait to find out the legitimacy of.

GBWish I could save my configurations for… Wish I could save my configurations for later -- instead of just leaving the tab active. But this is my 5th machine from PortaTech -- Love the service you guys provide -- been happy with the machines so far.

GBPaid for computer - but no delivery Ordered a computer on July 5. Order #223786. 2 weeks later no update on delivery / tracking number. Computer should have arrived by now. Emails go unanswered, phone indicates voicemail is full. Just like several others I see on here over the last couple of weeks. Communication was quick before actually placing my order but once I paid, nothing....Had to file a claim with my credit card company. Only way to cancel an order is to send an email which of course goes unanswered. Am hoping it is some oversight but with several days of no response and no way to call it doesn't look promising. If it gets straightened out I will update my comment.

GBMy computer is 1 year old today and still blazing fast and not 1 problem When my old computer went down, I went to a "big box" store to look for a gaming type computer.(Needed something faster than the old one) Found most were pricing at $2000-2500, and not that fast. Online, I found Portatech. I looked at their build sheet and found I could build one with Intel I7, 8086K processor, 32 GB ram (upgradable to 64GB) 250GB (SSD) including Asus 24" monitor, all for $1594.04. This is approx. 30 to 50 percent faster than "big box". When my wife's "all in one" goes down, we will be back! Special thanks to Steve, who advised us concerning peripherals that would work the best.
