Paid for computer - but no delivery Ordered a computer on July 5. Order #223786. 2 weeks later no update on delivery / tracking number. Computer should have arrived by now. Emails go unanswered, phone indicates voicemail is full. Just like several others I see on here over the last couple of weeks. Communication was quick before actually placing my order but once I paid, nothing....Had to file a claim with my credit card company. Only way to cancel an order is to send an email which of course goes unanswered. Am hoping it is some oversight but with several days of no response and no way to call it doesn't look promising. If it gets straightened out I will update my comment.

There isn't a better place/website for computer part needs. Getting computer parts out of a brick and mortar store is almost impossible nowadays. Portatech.com has not only reasonable prices, but the services and options provided make them my number one site for computer parts. I have been using them for 3-5 years and they remain top quality.

The prices are competitive and I like… The prices are competitive and I like being able to pick the base components (motherboard, CPU, case, power sup, and memory) that I want and still use my own perfectly good hard drive, video card, etc. I have purchased several times and have not had a complaint.

Best deals around! I’ve had this site bookmarked for years, and when my computer finally called it quits, this is where I came. If the order arrives on time, or even early, this will be changed to a 5 star review, (edit: it arrive a day early) and I’ll be telling all of my gamer friends about it. I can definitely see myself coming back to buy individual parts. I’ll be back for a video card in a few weeks!

Love These Guys!!! This is my 4th or 5th machine I've bought from PortaTech, and I tell everyone looking for a computer to look here. It's great being able to pick a price point with their clear processor ratings, then customize it to what you want. Plus they burn them in, love that! I remember the days of ordering parts, then spending weeks having to test and return parts that didn't work.
