Getting better every day There are still a small tweaks I'd like, but Julie is super responsive and is making PlanHero better each day. She's already addressed a few small issues I brought up in my last review. Even as it is, PlanHero is superior to any other signup website or app I've come across. Really happy with using PlanHero as an… Really happy with using PlanHero as an easy to navigate feature rich ad free option for our parent volunteers. The communication tools are great and I love the option to opt into text messages.

So happy to have found PlanHero So happy to have found PlanHero. It was exactly what we needed for a prayer chain. The interface was very intuitive, both to create the event and also for people to sign up. Loved the ability to easily create a new event and re-invite all the same contacts with two clicks. Easier and "cleaner" than some competitive products. Would highly recommend to others.

Plan Hero is my hero Plan Hero is my hero. I use this app in probably a more unconventional way than most users. My family and I use it to cover babysitting/Hangout Buddy time with my toddler. Due to my husband and my work schedules there regularly a few hours each week that need to be covered and we are blessed to have plenty of family nearby that love to spend time with her. I create a signup schedule each month, send out the link to any family members that want to be included, and everyone gets a chance to look it over and claim a spot. It has been especially useful for days my husband and I are out of town and there are several full days and overnights to work out. It’s such a relief to spend a few minutes each month planning out the days for the next one, and knowing all I have to do is send a link to get it covered instead of having to call around and play telephone to get things worked out. This app is well managed, easy to use, and a true life-saver for this mom’s sanity. I’ve been highly impressed with the personal experience I’ve received any time I needed help with some part of the app or just a general overview of new bells and whistles.
