Plan Hero is my hero Plan Hero is my hero. I use this app in probably a more unconventional way than most users. My family and I use it to cover babysitting/Hangout Buddy time with my toddler. Due to my husband and my work schedules there regularly a few hours each week that need to be covered and we are blessed to have plenty of family nearby that love to spend time with her. I create a signup schedule each month, send out the link to any family members that want to be included, and everyone gets a chance to look it over and claim a spot. It has been especially useful for days my husband and I are out of town and there are several full days and overnights to work out. It’s such a relief to spend a few minutes each month planning out the days for the next one, and knowing all I have to do is send a link to get it covered instead of having to call around and play telephone to get things worked out. This app is well managed, easy to use, and a true life-saver for this mom’s sanity. I’ve been highly impressed with the personal experience I’ve received any time I needed help with some part of the app or just a general overview of new bells and whistles.

Excellent program. Everything runs very cleanly, intuitively, and smoothly. The graphics and interface are elegant and simple. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that I always believe there is some room for improvement.

Intuitive and easy to use, but some glitches I used this website to create a sign up for a multi-day, event with multiple different activities, locations, and time slots every day, and it worked very well. Creating the signup is very intuitive and edits are quick and easy. I love that volunteers were able to create an account and can go back and edit anything they've signed up for. I also love the reminder feature. The only trouble I ran into was that several volunteers had trouble signing up for time slots because of a couple odd glitches. I'm not sure what the issue was because most could use it just fine. It was easy enough to go in and sign them up manually though.
