Love Plan Hero! We are a non-profit that relies very heavily on help from our volunteers. PlanHero is the only program that we have found, for such a reasonable cost, which allows us to recruit volunteers effectively. We have used PlanHero for many events and could not be happier with the program. The customer support is un-paralled and you can expect personal attention and thorough assistance, on the rare occasion when it's needed. PlanHero is so easy to use and very customizable. We highly recommend PlanHero, not only for the program itself, but for the personal service.

PlanHero is the BEST sign-up tool! PlanHero is the BEST sign-up tool available. The user interface is so clean and easy to navigate. Creating a sign-up sheet is a breeze (especially so for more in-depth sign-up sheets that require time slots, multiple locations, etc) and the final form that volunteers see to sign up is clean and simple. So glad to have found PlanHero, it gives our sign-up sheets a professional look and feel while being super simple to use.

Intuitive and easy to use, but some glitches I used this website to create a sign up for a multi-day, event with multiple different activities, locations, and time slots every day, and it worked very well. Creating the signup is very intuitive and edits are quick and easy. I love that volunteers were able to create an account and can go back and edit anything they've signed up for. I also love the reminder feature. The only trouble I ran into was that several volunteers had trouble signing up for time slots because of a couple odd glitches. I'm not sure what the issue was because most could use it just fine. It was easy enough to go in and sign them up manually though.
