Complete Scam They listed a graphics card as Apple > Apple Mac Pro > Mid 2010. They shipped a generic PC graphics card that is incompatible with Macs, despite their name being Mac Palace, and purporting to sell used Apple products. Don't buy anything from this company. Report them to the Better Business Bureau until they go out of business, so a real used Mac business can serve the market.

Good communication would buy from again Needed a video card for my 2011 iMac. I called and the gentleman on the phone spent extra time discussing what I needed and making sure I ordered the correct part. It did get to me a couple days later than I originally hoped but when I called ( they always answered) to inquire they paid for the extra speedy delivery with no charge to me and I received the part well wrapped and protected, had it installed, and so far so good works perfect. That was my experience.

I have an early 2009 mac pro that has a… I have an early 2009 mac pro that has a busted logic board or chip board. Ordered the logic board from macpalace because they had good prices and have a lot of items in stock. Item showed up as advertised and seems to work -- no complaints! Unfortunately, as I found out, it's seems that it is the chip board that was bad, not the backplane board, likely due to a missing heat sink anchor causing something to overheat. I'll keep the board though since a computer of this vintage will only get more difficult to get parts for (I like having a pretty fast mac with a top of the line video card for playing the newest games, which you can't do with the trash can macs). I just ordered the chip board from them as well, we'll se how it goes.
