My experience was better than some of… My experience was better than some of the others have shared here. The video card went out on my Mac Pro. I checked around and found macpalace. I called, and they had the card in stock. Without giving them a name or even telling them that I'd come in to buy it, I showed up about an hour later. They had set the part aside for me and remembered my phone call. They asked if I would like it in a box for protection, too. Price was exactly as quoted. I installed the video card and so far it has been working perfectly.
