GBIf help needed, contact customer service for guidance. I was using white international calling card for the last 20 years & since lately was having issues contacting my family in SriLanka.Sometimes the line was clear with interruption or was ringing but couldn't get through to communicate. Each instant money was deducted for no reason. Then I contacted the customer service & Chris attended to my case. It was resolved eventually & problem fixed which I am pleased about it.Thanks to Chris !!!

GBA* Customer Service Wanted to send my father some credit from my white calling app. Accidentally sent the credit to the wrong person. Contacted white calling to make them aware of the issue. I was greeted by Natalia, from the moment she heard about my error, she immediately made it a mission to help me out. A* customer service, she is very friendly and kept me in the loop and set out to return the credit back to me. I use white calling app frequently. It’s a brilliant way to connect to your loved ones. GBCredit I sent to a friend didn’t go… Credit I sent to a friend didn’t go through. Emailed support within minutes I got phone call from customer service and issue was resolved. Quite impressive!
