I couldn’t make a call after initial… I couldn’t make a call after initial installation. But all thanks to ‘Sanna R‘ who called in from customer care and made sure it was resolved promptly and completely. I was able to speak with my wife and family in Nigeria. Thanks guys and keep it up!

Such great Service & Issue was resolved by Chris, I had an Issue and I called and waiting less than a Minute and My issue was resolved quickly by Chris. I'm so impressed by his Customer service skills and how he really put me at ease ans spoke to me like a human being. Will definitely recommend Whitecalling app to all my friends.

I strongly advise against using this company I added £10 to my account but didn't use it. After 2 hours, I was surprised to find that my balance had decreased to only £0.12 without any usage. When I contacted customer support to request a refund due to my dissatisfaction with not being able to use my balance, the operator's response was impolite. I strongly discourage using this company as they lack clear refund policies and do not effectively address customer issues.

A* Customer Service Wanted to send my father some credit from my white calling app. Accidentally sent the credit to the wrong person. Contacted white calling to make them aware of the issue. I was greeted by Natalia, from the moment she heard about my error, she immediately made it a mission to help me out. A* customer service, she is very friendly and kept me in the loop and set out to return the credit back to me. I use white calling app frequently. It’s a brilliant way to connect to your loved ones. Thank you Natalia for helping me out.

Top Up Issue Spoke to Sanna R as I was having a problem with topping up with pin number. She sorted the issue out immediately. Turned out that the account must be topped up at least once in 6 months. Glad I spoke to her otherwise I would have had to pay unnecessarily for another top up.
