GBOutstanding Service I have been using this app for about a year to contact my family abroad. I really rate this app in comparison to other services out there. I've never had any difficulties using the app and top up is really easy. When moving my account from my old number to my new number, Natalia took the time to call me in her own time (at the weekend) to talk me through the process in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent customer service and all round excellent app. Would definitely recommend. No complaints at all.

GBI couldn’t make a call after initial… I couldn’t make a call after initial installation. But all thanks to ‘Sanna R‘ who called in from customer care and made sure it was resolved promptly and completely. I was able to speak with my wife and family in Nigeria. Thanks guys and keep it up!

GBA* Customer Service Wanted to send my father some credit from my white calling app. Accidentally sent the credit to the wrong person. Contacted white calling to make them aware of the issue. I was greeted by Natalia, from the moment she heard about my error, she immediately made it a mission to help me out. A* customer service, she is very friendly and kept me in the loop and set out to return the credit back to me. I use white calling app frequently. It’s a brilliant way to connect to your loved ones. BGSending my families Airtime and… Sending my families Airtime and Internet subscription has always be my worries,but now with Whitecalling App I always stay connected with my family and also send them Airtime and Internet subscription.Best App so far with Internet subscription and calling.But now I can't send Airtime to Nigeria anymore and also the subscription format has change please try look into it.

GBAvoid I had very bad experience with White calling card the been charging me 12 pence a minutes instead of 6 pence minutes. Avoid it because they hide all the other charges in small print.
