GBAvoid I had very bad experience with White calling card the been charging me 12 pence a minutes instead of 6 pence minutes. Avoid it because they hide all the other charges in small print.

GBI had an issue this morning that was completely my fault!!! I had an issue this morning which turned out to be my fault, not the fault of whitecalling, I sent an email and got a phone call from a very nice chap by the name of Riaz. Riaz sorted everything out for me, rectified the problem, and showed me how to do what I was trying to do correctly. What an extremely nice bloke, and what an extremely nice company. Once I returned home, and mentioned to my Dad how a chap by the name of Riaz sorted everything out for me, he commented that he had spoken to Riaz many times and he was indeed very helpful, Riaz, you are obviously a legend who makes a lot of your customers very happy, thanks again.

GBTop Up Issue Spoke to Sanna R as I was having a problem with topping up with pin number. She sorted the issue out immediately. Turned out that the account must be topped up at least once in 6 months. Glad I spoke to her otherwise I would have had to pay unnecessarily for another top up.
