GBInitially I had to chase my order Initially I had to chase as my order status hadn’t changed in the site dashboard for a few days. I got a response quickly and they despatched my order straightaway with an apology. Can’t ask for anymore than that.

GBExcellent service all round The responsiveness to my telephone enquiries was most excellent and demonstrated to me that where possible any changes to the baseline specification would be made where practical. Also alternative options put forward and not just based on cost. Most impressive of all was the superb packaging both PC and monitor were sent in.

GBThe graphics card arrived in good time… The graphics card arrived in good time considering the Postal strikes. I emailed Foxinthebox asking about a suitable and had a reply in a few minutes, wonderful service in this day and age when it takes most companies at least a day to reply. The best service I have had for years.

GBDay wasted waiting on a parcel that didn't come. All of my interaction with Fox in the Box was very positive. What let the service down was the courier that they used, Parcel2go. They asked me to wait in between 8 am and 8 pm and then didn't delivery the parcel till the next day, with no explanation or follow up as to how well their service was. Fox in the Box also did not follow up with a courtesy e-mail to ask how my experience was. So far, the computer is everything they said it would be. If Fox in the Box could get a more reliable courier, I would improve my rating.
