The phone show no signs of being used, no scratches anywhere, and battery life was close to 100%. This is a trustworthy reseller for refurbished and used phones. Sometimes they ran out of stock and takes a while to restock, but when they do you know you are getting a legitimate phone. They will also accurately describe the condition of the phone and give you a fair price (saving you more than buying a new phone).
