I decided to go with Adopt a Phone because of the warranty, the competitive price, and the fact that there was a (non-800) customer service phone number listed right on the website. There was a slight lag between order confirmation and shipping but when I called to ask for a status update, a real human being answered and he immediately offered to upgrade me to overnight shipping! The phone arrived extremely well packed and is in excellent condition. No visible scratches, battery health 100%. Only been using it a few days but so far I am very pleased with this purchase!
