Gportal could learn from it, vs their lagging and non-friendly mod list system. Really wish you weren't forced into 60 slot servers, I'd gladly pay for a 10 slot option if provided, obviously at a lower cost.

Great Ark servers!! Love their service, simple and straight-forward. Easy to use Ark interface, no lag, no stuttering, easy to add mods or remove them. Its also easy to add or remove friends from my server. Only downside is the price jump to run Genesis II, granted its partially Wildcard's fault for how much memory it takes to run the map. Overall I've had zero issues and loving it!

Lots of features & Good prices There are a lot of hosting options out there for Ark, but I've had the most positive experience with Arkservers by far. Best bang for your buck in terms of features. The interface is very user-friendly, backups are cheap, mods are updated automatically, and the RAM cap isn't obscenely low at 12GB. When you get a minimum of 60 player slots at the current rate of $18, you really can't beat this host.

The hardware is good, Tech support less so. The hardware is good, and the pricing is great. Just the time it takes to get a response out of the support staff is too long. If a game server goes down on a Friday because of a bad patch and the servers on other providers can be manually restarted within an hour to working and it takes ArkServers 3 days? Maybe tell your Techies they can work some overtime? After all, to your customer, their server going down over a weekend is a major crisis.

Support Unresponsive I tried to downgrade my 7d2d server after an auto update. Granted there FAQ and forums note that they don't support that, but that you can do it if you modify the server files. Unfortunately I ran into issues and my server got stuck in a "contact support" state and I wasn't hearing back from support. I've had good experiences in the past and have hosted 7d2d and many ark servers but it might be time to look elsewhere.
