HP Printhead We purchased a printhead for an older printer from them and that part of the process was great and the printhead came and was exactly what we needed. The incessant calling for a review to be posted is why this company does not have a 5 star rating from me. Multiple calls over a two business day period of time. I am busy while I am at work so Friday afternoon and Monday is not the time to be repeat calling me just for a review to be posted.

Great Site for Buying Computer Parts This is a really great site for buying computer parts and they have a vast amount of items that other stores don't have out there. I love the customer service specifically with Martin who has been very helpful throughout the process of finding items. They made good on refunding a product that was defective. All of this trust is why I will continue to comeback to buy more parts from them so you can definitely trust them. Be sure to contact Martin before you buy anything because he's really good and will explain what you need.

I should have followed my gut... I should have followed my gut and avoided this organization. I ordered some parts via their website and paid via Credit Card. I received no email receipt or acknowledgement of the order. I called them and sent email to ask about the order. I was told twice that the order was fine. Soon after I was told that the order was delayed as it was coming from a "different" warehouse. Today after more than a week I called and was informed that they were trying to get ahold of me, blah blah blah but the order was cancelled and refunded. I received zero notifications about any of this. The order was cancelled because they never had the parts, but they have charged me but insist that they haven't. I now am forced to open a case with my CC company for a refund. As far as I'm concerned this is not a legitimate company. They are faking orders and charging people dishonestly and illegally. Not for nothing, you can call them on the phone but you will understand little that they are saying.
