King Software Sells Counterfeit Software (UPDATED & RESOLVED BY SoftwarePlaza) Same experience as everyone else. Puchased Windows 7 Pro and the activation key is invalid. UPDATE: I contacted SoftwarePlaza on a Sunday, and within an hour they sent me a new activation key, which worked.

Beware! They sell counterfeit software! I bought Windows 7 from them and the key was invalid. Contacted Microsoft and they said it was counterfeit! Tried calling customer service multiple times and they never pick up. The only way I'm going to get my money back is through a chargeback - and that's a hassle. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could, but it won't go any lower than 1. Do NOT buy from this company!

Windows 10 key I purchased a key for windows 10, and the key apparently had already been used on another machine. However, when I contacted support (and the support email address was at the bottom of the email with the key - didn't have to dig for it), the support team effectively resolved the issue and I had my windows install activated within hours of purchase. Can't give a perfect review, but customer support was good, and for the price I suppose I can't expect as smooth a process as buying directly from microsoft.
