GBWindows 10 key I purchased a key for windows 10, and the key apparently had already been used on another machine. However, when I contacted support (and the support email address was at the bottom of the email with the key - didn't have to dig for it), the support team effectively resolved the issue and I had my windows install activated within hours of purchase. Can't give a perfect review, but customer support was good, and for the price I suppose I can't expect as smooth a process as buying directly from microsoft.

GBBad licenses key and Very slow customer service Got a Win 7 license key that does not work. Very unresponsive customer support, took 5 business days for a response, finally got a support ticket. Let's see if they will provide a good key.

GBBad Products We ordered software and the license keys were invalid for every single item we ordered!!! Tried calling for customer service multiple time and every line goes to voicemail and have NEVER received a return call. Submitted request for RMA Online but have yet to hear back from it either. They sure processed and took our money quickly but don't do anything else quickly. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRODUCT

GBI did NOT get scammed I thought I did. I bought Win7 from KingSoftware in the Software Plaza marketplace. The first activation key didn't work. I sent Software Plaza an angry email and they got back to me the next day saying not to worry, another activation key would be sent from the vendor. Later that day I got the replacement key. That didn't work with the online activation, but it did work through the phone activation. In my experience, their service recovery was solid. I would consider buying from software plaza again.
