Beware! They sell counterfeit software! I bought Windows 7 from them and the key was invalid. Contacted Microsoft and they said it was counterfeit! Tried calling customer service multiple times and they never pick up. The only way I'm going to get my money back is through a chargeback - and that's a hassle. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could, but it won't go any lower than 1. Do NOT buy from this company!

Bad licenses key and Very slow customer service Got a Win 7 license key that does not work. Very unresponsive customer support, took 5 business days for a response, finally got a support ticket. Let's see if they will provide a good key.

Very Bad experience Purchased operating system. Impossible to download software, product key does not pass validation by Microsoft and there is no one seems to be taking care of a customers. No response by email or Phone. Tried to return item but there suggested RMA system doesn't work as well. It is scam!!!
