GBUnsatisfactory experience I bought a windows 7 professional software download and license from softwareplaza.com. The software failed to activate. Their support is rude and blows you off. They threaten to send you to collections if you chargeback, which is a suspect policy. They claim money back guarantee, but their RMA submission form doesn't work, it fails to submit. They also delete bad reviews. My negative review on their site disappeared within 24 hours of submitting it, but if you search around, you'll find plenty of similar complaints on sites like BBB for this business. Don't give them your money, or at least ensure your credit card company has a good chargeback policy.

GBKing Software Sells Counterfeit Software (UPDATED & RESOLVED BY SoftwarePlaza) Same experience as everyone else. Puchased Windows 7 Pro and the activation key is invalid. UPDATE: I contacted SoftwarePlaza on a Sunday, and within an hour they sent me a new activation key, which worked.

GBPlaza Software Worked Great For Me Plaza Software worked great for me. Was concerned initially as with any download site, but it was an excellent experience. As a long time IT person, I was impressed. Bought 2 office packages which installed very easy no issues. Decided to buy a third differnt software package which I had a couple issues with. Their support staff was great, I generally hate contacting support, but these guys were good and quick response. Problem resolved. Love it-

GBDon't buy from them September 13, 2015 we ordered 2 Microsoft Office Home & Business 2010 (Instant Download). I was able to download mine, but my husband has NEVER been able to download his. We cannot sign in anymore so we are out $110.00 for something that we never even got to use. I have sent emails, called and now am reporting them to the BBB.

GBBad licenses key and Very slow customer service Got a Win 7 license key that does not work. Very unresponsive customer support, took 5 business days for a response, finally got a support ticket. Let's see if they will provide a good key.
