Unsatisfactory experience I bought a windows 7 professional software download and license from softwareplaza.com. The software failed to activate. Their support is rude and blows you off. They threaten to send you to collections if you chargeback, which is a suspect policy. They claim money back guarantee, but their RMA submission form doesn't work, it fails to submit. They also delete bad reviews. My negative review on their site disappeared within 24 hours of submitting it, but if you search around, you'll find plenty of similar complaints on sites like BBB for this business. Don't give them your money, or at least ensure your credit card company has a good chargeback policy.
