King Software Sells Counterfeit Software (UPDATED & RESOLVED BY SoftwarePlaza) Same experience as everyone else. Puchased Windows 7 Pro and the activation key is invalid. UPDATE: I contacted SoftwarePlaza on a Sunday, and within an hour they sent me a new activation key, which worked.

I did NOT get scammed I thought I did. I bought Win7 from KingSoftware in the Software Plaza marketplace. The first activation key didn't work. I sent Software Plaza an angry email and they got back to me the next day saying not to worry, another activation key would be sent from the vendor. Later that day I got the replacement key. That didn't work with the online activation, but it did work through the phone activation. In my experience, their service recovery was solid. I would consider buying from software plaza again.
