Not the best experience Not the best experience. Afraid with each upgrade that it will cost me a 4-6 hours to resolve issues from the fallout. Using multiple ODBC connections in a report does not pass through to the report and the parameters for each connection must be set. Unable to get two features working - file append and creating files on a share. Spent quite a bit of political capitol at a new company obtaining the support and funds to purchase the software. Wished I'd gone with the competitors product; slightly annoyed with the entire experience if that isn't apparent. Sales and main support person are both great.
