GBNot the best experience Not the best experience. Afraid with each upgrade that it will cost me a 4-6 hours to resolve issues from the fallout. Using multiple ODBC connections in a report does not pass through to the report and the parameters for each connection must be set. Unable to get two features working - file append and creating files on a share. Spent quite a bit of political capitol at a new company obtaining the support and funds to purchase the software. Wished I'd gone with the competitors product; slightly annoyed with the entire experience if that isn't apparent. Sales and main support person are both great.

GBUsually CS tech support is good however Usually CS tech support is good, but with a recent ticket I was told the issue was opened as a JIRA (whatever that is) and I would receive updates anytime it was worked on. That was in July and I never received one update on it. I have also followed up with support and techassist and never received a response to my email.
