They can pop on your PC without you having to do anything & no per incident billing. They are also trustworthy. Amazing. Problem fixed, computer running much better. Very Reasonable. This is the best deal I have every had in computer repair. The computer was fixed, I could watch or not. I signed up for their on going care, what a deal! They do the updates so they are timely and done right. They can work on a problem whether I am there or not, in many cases they can anticipate a problem before I know about it. All for $125 a year.

HeyPC Guy is the best tech site to save your computer! I have used HeyPC Guy once before and knew they were legit and very knowledgeable! I got the LiveSecurityPlatinum virus when I clicked from Google to a "malvertise" that took me to a Facebook page. I wrote a comment as the product appeared to be a DPL knockoff. Then when the comment appeared on MY Facebook page, I read it and, unknowingly, clicked on their malvertise link-- that is when I got the virus!! But, HEY PC Guy is absolutely the best! I recommend him to ALL! He worked for over an hour and only charged me $49.95. Very honest and nice!!
