They can pop on your PC without you having to do anything & no per incident billing. They are also trustworthy. I think Hey PC Guy is absolutely fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son and daughter had both tried to get my computer working a few months ago. Before that, I had been on the phone for 2 hours with AT&T in India.....The young lady trying to help me suddenly said "oh my goodness, I see the mistake I made.....I have your phone number and will call you back when I have it fixed"....Well, have you heard from her? I haven't....We were all so frustrated, and suddenly a bright light came on in the room when my son thought of Hey PC Guy. His father-in-law has used them for 4 years....We called Richard (thank goodness) and he got me up and running......I've told all my friends about him and would not hesitate to scream from a roof top how wonderful Hey PC Guy is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing. Problem fixed, computer running much better. Very Reasonable. This is the best deal I have every had in computer repair. The computer was fixed, I could watch or not. I signed up for their on going care, what a deal! They do the updates so they are timely and done right. They can work on a problem whether I am there or not, in many cases they can anticipate a problem before I know about it. All for $125 a year.
