terribly slow customer service… terribly slow customer service response. I have 2 lines for the past 10 yrs. 1 adapter has had intermittently on/off service during the past 12 months. For instance, currently the line has been non-functional for 7 days. I have the 2 lines side by side, same phone with 2 line. Have performed all the tech trouble shooting as requested with no effect. RESPONSE is slow, day between troubleshooting response . only email support . AVOID AVOID AVOID
