Reliable service from the get go I have been using VOIPO services for my two offices for a while now, and I can confidently say that they have been excellent. The lines have been functioning perfectly, the setup process was very easy, and the voice clarity has been great. Plus, they're very accessible whenever we have concerns and efficiently resolve any issues. I highly recommend using VOIPO services.

Poor service quality Poor service quality, missed calls. The mobile app is useless as it does not have push notification service so battery drains very quickly. Voipo sends you voip adapter that you are supposed to return them at YOUR OWN expense. Also, they claim billing cycle starts at the day of order but I could not use their service on first day as the adapter was still in transit. They refused to refund/prorate the cost. Finally, their customer support is referring to Service Agreement terms that has never been published

VOIPO is one of the best phone services… VOIPO is one of the best phone services out there in my experience. I've had a subscription since 2011, and so far all my calls have been of excellent quality with no problems. When I did have an issue, customer service was always quick to help me out. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for reliable phone service!
