Poor service quality Poor service quality, missed calls. The mobile app is useless as it does not have push notification service so battery drains very quickly. Voipo sends you voip adapter that you are supposed to return them at YOUR OWN expense. Also, they claim billing cycle starts at the day of order but I could not use their service on first day as the adapter was still in transit. They refused to refund/prorate the cost. Finally, their customer support is referring to Service Agreement terms that has never been published

The customer support team is friendly, responsive and quick to resolve any issues that arise. Plus, the call quality is impeccable and I'm able to control all features from my own device.
