Quality Service that just works. I was very skeptical when we moved from traditional landlines to one of the original VOIP providers early last decade. We needed the phones to work without disruptions to our business. We were happy with the quality but decided to change carriers after that company raised their prices to be no longer competitive with the traditional landline service we had originally left. We chose Voipo after seeing how much they wanted to build a quality product and make it available at a low price. We have been very happy ever since.

After trying both Ring Central and… After trying both Ring Central and Vonage, I can confidently say that VOIPO is the better option for me. The call quality is great, the setup was easy and customer service has been helpful whenever I've needed it. Highly recommended!

Tech Support Tech Support, Customer Service has deteriorated from when I first became a customer, years ago. It may be hit and miss depending on who you get on the phone. This time the rep. Was rude and sarcastic; not patient and understanding of a customer having frustrations when calling in (because they did not respond to 'ticket' and e-mail, due to Voip not working, or not working properly). I will try to call again, later or tomorrow, in hopes of getting a better Customer Service rep. Thank you.
