I am delighted with the service and support that the staff of Trustico have provided me since I purchased my certificate despite me not being able to receive it due to problems with my server. The staff at Trustico have been very patient with me while I resolve the issues with my home server. I have not been able to receive the email to which I have to respond in order to receive my certificate and they have responded very promptly to my pleas to keep the certificate for me while my problems are being resolved. I would recommend Trustico very strongly to anyone wishing to purchase a trusted certificate to use with their serve.

Great prices, perfect certs, but a lot of hard work to buy or renew - pages of forms to deal with so you need to set aside 30 mins at least, especially first time through! Treats their resellers horribly too Treats their resellers horribly too. I placed some money on deposit with them as required by their reseller program. After months of not using it, I asked if I could be refunded the unused funds. I was told no very rudely, so I responded rudely suggesting a partial credit card dispute of the unused funds. I was met with threats of lawsuits and revocation of every certificate currently issued. The fact that they had web pages already prepared for these threats were somewhat concerning in hindsight.
