I am delighted with the service and support that the staff of Trustico have provided me since I purchased my certificate despite me not being able to receive it due to problems with my server. The staff at Trustico have been very patient with me while I resolve the issues with my home server. I have not been able to receive the email to which I have to respond in order to receive my certificate and they have responded very promptly to my pleas to keep the certificate for me while my problems are being resolved. I would recommend Trustico very strongly to anyone wishing to purchase a trusted certificate to use with their serve.

You don't even email to check if its a valid customer So I was in a need of a certificate really fast due current certificate being rescreated for a new domain, it was really urgently and trustico was in my mind with the fastest ssl cert generation. While I requested a ssl certificate, order was cancelled probably because of my brand. Not good for business, at least check the client/ask more details to see if its a valid order/client or not. And I was also referring my clients here to you, not have a bad taste in my mouth...

I Thought I was having a bad experience This is an update to an earlier post, (which I deleted)... I was having issues with the private key for my site, and requested some help, the email drew no reaction or response, (I Thought). I was contacted and given the information I required to get my site up and running. I was having issues with the Private Key, from a CSR I had created on their site. I had not used the CSR generation tool on their site before, so I was not quite sure how to get the private key. I tried a few of their tools to create different certificate types, but just could not get the private key. Their tools need a bit more documentation, as soon as the lightbulb went on over my head, I got the certificate and private key without issue. Thanks, I will have another order in a week or 2.
