Well constructed Well constructed. Delivered to the timetable promised. I did not though receive tracking information until the delivery driver was at my door - and I wasn't in. Fortunately the neighbor was. PC well packed and easy to set up.

Really pleased with how we were… Really pleased with how we were informed with updates on the pc being processed, only slightly disappointed that the delivery was a few days later than originally stated.

Computer works extremely well and… Computer works extremely well and delivered on time after I had enquired about it. PAcked safely and neatly. It took 3-4 week for the entire process from ordering to receiving. Web chat communication was slow, between 15-45 mins waiting for a response.

Arrived as promised Arrived as promised. General build is tidy and well done but all fans at 100%. I managed to solve this via BIOS as advised by telephone support, which was accessed without difficulty. Prices seemed competitive. Choice a bit limited but this is understandable in current climate. this is my second purchase and I will probably purchase again in a few years. Overall can recommend.

The PC I ordered would not boot up into… The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugget in properly. I ordered a digital copy of Office 2021 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out. PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.
