Even when I changed the spec after ordering it was dealt with smoothly and they even added a cable for me that wasn't on the spec at all. The only negative is the pre-production wait (awful when you can't wait to get your hands on your new PC!), but the company was up front about this from the start and kept me well informed of progress. Actual production to delivery was very swift.

I managed to solve this via BIOS as advised by telephone support, which was accessed without difficulty. Prices seemed competitive. Choice a bit limited but this is understandable in current climate. this is my second purchase and I will probably purchase again in a few years. Overall can recommend.
