That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker when it comes to getting a computer up and running after it crashes. He did things that I would NEVER have been able to do. My computer suffered a bad crash, and he brought it back like it was a simple thing for him. He has the patience of a saint and will stick with it until it's taken care of. He says he won't charge you if he can't fix the problem, but I can't believe there isn't anything he can't fix.

JEFF THAT TECH IS YOUR COMPUTER FIX IT GUY [people i feel close to you] i am proud to say.. i was born in 1949. jeff is that kind of guy that makes you feel right at home.. when you hit him up. you know this impersonal world that makes us argue with a computer that says.. i am here to help you but.. seems hard of hearing and got you yelling a the top of your voice.. saying i wana talk to a person. this is so called customer service. don't about you but i like [no complication smooth any easy] does me fine. jeff is the guy you call and i would bet my bottom dollar @ least the third of the month just call jeff and he will make sure your computer will pur like a kitten. when you call jeff he is there for you at a great price that i suspect you can afford. trust me take it from tony guys you will be pleased

I feel safe on my device again, all thanks to Jeff Jeff was absolutely phenomenal in helping me solve a really bizarre problem. Somehow, someway, someone was able to install software on my personal laptop that was remotely sending my info and activity to who knows where?! Jeff didn't skip a beat and devoted the next nearly 2 hours to solving this creepy problem. He poured through every conceivable hiding place to make sure the tracking software was gone. I can't thank, nor recommend Jeff enough for helping me feel safe using my device again. 5/5 all around!

My go to computer tech Jeff is competent and professional. I was unable to send or receive email in Outlook on my computer. He created a new Outlook profile and setup the account. This corrected the issue on my computer. He worked very hard to resolve the issue.
