That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker That Tech Jeff is a miracle worker when it comes to getting a computer up and running after it crashes. He did things that I would NEVER have been able to do. My computer suffered a bad crash, and he brought it back like it was a simple thing for him. He has the patience of a saint and will stick with it until it's taken care of. He says he won't charge you if he can't fix the problem, but I can't believe there isn't anything he can't fix.

My go to computer tech Jeff is competent and professional. I was unable to send or receive email in Outlook on my computer. He created a new Outlook profile and setup the account. This corrected the issue on my computer. He worked very hard to resolve the issue.

I have used Jeff for…3 years and many times during that period I have been using That Tech Jeff for sometime and there is no way to describe just how wonderful his services are. Competent to an alarming degree and willing to go the extra mile to keep his client happy. I have never had a technician so attentive to my needs. There is nothing I would not trust into his hands. The local repair guys charge $90 to just look at my computer, no extra fee for condescending tone. Jeff's fee structure could not be fairer. Even more important, he understood my issues instantly and resolved them in about 15 minutes – with no condescending tone.
