USI need help with my File Explorer and ByePass. I need help with my File Explorer files. I spoke to a man yesterday or the day before and he was absolutely no help. He told me you guys don't give that type of help and was very uncooperative when I tried to ask him several times for help and I had other problems I wanted help with. I was so upset that I just hung up on him and told him I would try to work around the problem myself. I told him that as much money as I have paid for all your programs and that I have been told you can help with any problems I was willing to use your products with that warranty. If you want me to continue as a user of your products, please get in touch with me ASAP.

ISDO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM IOLO DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM IOLO This company is now a SCAM I used the System Mechanic Ultimate Defense for 3 years. The only way to cancel their products is to contact them online or through Email. I did so and thought I had cancelled the product but got charged 2 YEARS LATER for AUTO RENEWAL! When contacting them again they claimed I only had cancelled their support service... Thankfully I got email verification that the subscription for the SOFTWARE had been cancelled. STILL iolo tried to dispute the case with PayPal and my Creditcard company. I have contacted local user rights authorities about the case and I'm determined to follow this through to prevent current and future consumers of iolo products to suffer the same horrendous costumer service I had with them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM or you might get bills years later!
