THe software is great for my purpose… THe software is great for my purpose and has helped me often. However the website is confusing and hard to use. Many offers for the same product all with different pricing. Automatic renewals should be outlawed on any software. YB, Nova Scotia

The speed with which it does its job… The speed with which it does its job and everything it covers. It keeps me up and running. I use it on all my computers and I bought the never expires license, however my only complaint is when it comes to upgrades, It feels like I am the proverbial step child as I never get an upgrade notice so when ever I get their new upgrades for their regular programs that they sell (which I get all the time) then I go in to see if there has been any upgrades for my life time programs, usually when they are pushing their Ultimate version. Why don't you offer those of us that spent the money to get lifetime, get the Ultimate upgrade too?? Something to think about.

Virus Protection Did not Stop a Virus From Entering Computer Virus protection did not stop a virus. I called customer services and the agent was very rude and unhelpful. She even interrupted me while I kindly spoke with her. They do not deserve your hard earned money. Once my subscription ends, I definitely will not renew.
