Mad chill... I took a survey regarding contacting emergency services. I thought it was hella fly. Beyond the original concept being super they included questions about how to use it and if the person should be contacted. Y'all take this very seriously and are really thoughtful. So glad I bought one. Keep up the good work <3

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. This device and service was flawed from the first time I used it. Sent alerts randomly and freaked parents out. Customer service is the worst! I was told I couldn't cancel my subscription without returning the device, I was on assignment for a year and didn't have access to it, come to find out after the fact that I could have cancelled my subscription after 6 months without returning the device to make matters worse when I did cancel it I found out I was being charged twice a month for the same device. Customer service does not care one bit.

I do not recommend the Wearsafe device. I purchased 2 Wearsafe devices for my college age daughters. Unfortunately , they simply did not work out. They controllers are very sensitive. Even after trying to correct the setting they continued to go off if bumped or tapped. The result left me getting numerous alert messages for no reason. In addition, they are poorly constructed and fell apart numerous times resulting in us pushing them back together. I sent them back and asked for the account to be cancelled after 2 months. On a good note they where responsive to giving me instructions as how to return the items and cancel the monthly service fee.

We bought Wearsafe for our daughter who … We bought Wearsafe for our daughter who is just finishing her freshman year in college. Thankfully the occasion to use it has not presented itself, but the peace of mind just knowing wearsafe is there should she need it, is priceless to any parents. Thanks wearsafe. Great Concept with Solid Functionality I am a former police officer, and I now run a martial arts school for a living. Recently, we did a self-defense seminar for the Hartford Marathon Foundation, and I was introduced to the Wearsafe product. I'm very impressed with the concept and functionality of the tag. It's easy to use and practical. It's also easy to incorporate into your own personal protection strategy. Nice work!
