Only issue we had was with using the proper email address when first purchasing the app. I purchased this app for my father and had to have the subscription relinked to his phone and email. Probably my misreading of the info. I am very happy with the performance of the app and the functions it has. Excellent excellent excellent!!

Great device for Realtors and everyone! I am a Realtor and thought this would be a great item to have when showing property, especially as a female and often go alone. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it in an emergency, but I did a test while I was with those I want to contact in case of an emergency and it worked! I will definitely recommend to fellow Realtors and others.

I do not recommend the Wearsafe device. I purchased 2 Wearsafe devices for my college age daughters. Unfortunately , they simply did not work out. They controllers are very sensitive. Even after trying to correct the setting they continued to go off if bumped or tapped. The result left me getting numerous alert messages for no reason. In addition, they are poorly constructed and fell apart numerous times resulting in us pushing them back together. I sent them back and asked for the account to be cancelled after 2 months. On a good note they where responsive to giving me instructions as how to return the items and cancel the monthly service fee.

The last thing we did after moving our … The last thing we did after moving our eldest child, our daughter, into college was to give her the Wearsafe tag and set her network up on our phones. It made the moment of parting in this big transition a bit more bearable because of the feeling of security and connection it gave us.

OK so far.… I haven't had the need to utilize my Wearsafe tag just yet -- thank God -- but it does seem to be a very easy-to-use and helpful device. My only complaint would be the rather awkward system of setting up one's "networks". Invitees are puzzled by their "invitation" and the set-up process for them involves too many steps. I would suggest that this part of the program be streamlined.
