GBDon't use Tresta if you have any need for a backend to process the backend information it produces I have worked with Tresta's sister company - Hosted Numbers - for over 10 years. 100% happy with Hosted Numbers. I tried Tresta because I needed my tracking phone numbers to be text-able. The problem is that Tresta has almost NO reporting functionality. That is, I have to manually process the all the data for the responses to the Tresta phone / text numbers I use which basically makes Tresta useless to me. I cannot afford to use Tresta without an adequate reporting backend like Hosted Numbers has. With Tresta one CANNOT pull in the data to an Excel spread sheet; you have to record each communication manually which is insane. Tresta surely is losing bucket loads of business because of the non-existent reporting back end. I WANT to use Tresta very much but they do not seem to have any intention or interest in building out the functionality of their back end. This must be done if they want to grow or even stay in business.

GBBrian in Tallahassee Brian in Tallahassee, FL really helped me with a difficult issue. For some reason I was not getting the notification on my cell phone with a client called and couldn't figure out why, I was quite frustrated. But thank God Brian came to my rescue that tried several trouble shooting techniques, discovered the problem and made the correction! He is a GENIUS and deserves a RAISE!! This resolution has my business line back up and running as it should. I can't tell you how appreciative I am that Brian was the one who took my call. I'm all smiles now!

CANew user with Tresta. New user with Tresta. I run a Condominium Management business here in Ontario Canada and was looking for a VOIP solution that I could customize with scheduling, and, that offered recording of calls. I signed up and the experience has been excellent from day one. Being a rather simple fella, I did have to call in to get some support in setting things up, but, one phone call and the person on the other end of the phone was amazing! Had me up and running exactly the way I wanted in about 7 minutes. Since then, have had a couple of interactions with Tresta staff for various bits and pieces and each and every time - service has been outstanding! I couldnt be more pleased with the choice and am looking forward to a long professional relationship with Tresta!!!

GBAlmost 25% in hidden fees Almost 25% in hidden fees. Google provides the same service for $5 per month. Contrary to the false representations made by Tresta in response to my complaint, the additional costs are not listed on their website. I would be more than happy to send them screen shots of the "pricing" page on their website. "Super Simple Pricing $15 per month". No mention of "cost recovery fees".

GBTresta is good because you can have at… Tresta is good because you can have at least 3 phone numbers sent to your main phone number and be able to dial out from those numbers via their App. The problem Tresta has is setting up your Voicemail and your Businesses schedule through their website. It is so confusing to do! You will need to call customer service and have them help you. You cannot do it on your own. Their customer service is very helpful too. If they could make setting up the voicemail and scheduling easy like their competitor "Grasshopper," then they would be THE BEST!
