GBGreat experience Great experience, genuine product that perfectly matched my other keys. Easy order process, received it in a few days and it went in flawlessly - no issues. For those complaining about $5 for a single key, it's not the piece of plastic you're paying for, it's the storage and fulfillment. Seems fair to me.

SEI'm giving it an honest 2 stars I'm giving it an honest 2 stars. They never advertised the keys as being new, but they also didn't advertise them anywhere as being used (you need to deep dive into their FAQ). Anyone looking to buy new keys for a keyboard is expecting that they will be new, not used. The key works for now, but doesn't feel like it will last a long time as these are designed to be installed once, not taken out and put back into keyboards several times. Edit: Anyone can go and check their website and see that it's CLEARLY not advertised as used keys anywhere other than their FAQ, unlike their response to this post claims. I'm removing 1 star just because they mentioned that "it's clearly stated".

GBPerfectly good replacement keys and fast shipping!… I bought a backspace key for my work laptop. The key was brand new (not used as I've seen some others report here), was shipped literally the next morning after my order and worked perfectly fine. Will order again if I need another replacement key.

NZHeavily recommended I heavily recommend these guys although they do not ship direct to NZ (so I had to use the NZ Post You Shop). Then again for around NZ$30 to replace a key (shipping/GST to NZ accounted for NZ$18 of that), it is way cheaper than a whole new keyboard. I only knock them down to 4 stars because there is no direct shipping option to NZ.
