GBGreat experience Great! Have an older laptop (~10 years old) that was torn up by my friend's dog. Decided to finally look into fixing it up, and QuickFix was fast and exactly what I needed regarding the replacement keys I needed. Unfortunately, one key was out of stock, but once that is (hopefully!) restocked, I will have my keyboard back to good as new! Really happy with everything.

SEI'm giving it an honest 2 stars I'm giving it an honest 2 stars. They never advertised the keys as being new, but they also didn't advertise them anywhere as being used (you need to deep dive into their FAQ). Anyone looking to buy new keys for a keyboard is expecting that they will be new, not used. The key works for now, but doesn't feel like it will last a long time as these are designed to be installed once, not taken out and put back into keyboards several times. Edit: Anyone can go and check their website and see that it's CLEARLY not advertised as used keys anywhere other than their FAQ, unlike their response to this post claims. I'm removing 1 star just because they mentioned that "it's clearly stated".

GB100% trustworthy, fast delivery, correct product Great company. I worked with another replacement keys similar business and got completely scammed. I was really hoping this website would be different and it was. I actually received the exact product I was shown and i chose. It came in no less than 2-3 days since I placed the order and fit my keyboard perfectly. Will definitely be ordering from them if I need it in the future! They are 100% trustworthy.

GBVery deceptive business/website Very deceptive business/website. They advertise a Keyboard Key Replacement Kit as if its the entire key assembly and what they send is simple key cap. When I contacted them they simply said the kit is a cap and that's all they offer. DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SCAM!

NZHeavily recommended I heavily recommend these guys although they do not ship direct to NZ (so I had to use the NZ Post You Shop). Then again for around NZ$30 to replace a key (shipping/GST to NZ accounted for NZ$18 of that), it is way cheaper than a whole new keyboard. I only knock them down to 4 stars because there is no direct shipping option to NZ.
