GBTerrible service Got the wrong keyboard keys. Customer service was hard to work with and blamed me for their own website's problems with uploading pictures. Sent the keys back for replacements within the return window, they didn't accept the package, it came back as "REFUSED UNABLE TO FORWARD RETURN TO SENDER", and outside the 30 day return window. . Useless company, I'll never order from them again.

GBPerfect replacement for a damaged Logitech Craft keytop I ordered a replacement keytop for my Logitech Craft keyboard on 25th February and it reached me today on 5th March. That's pretty good for economy shipping from the USA to the UK. Prising the old damaged keytop off my keyboard and replacing it with the new one was a quick and easy job and I'm delighted with the result. It looks pristine and works perfectly.

GBVery Likely Got Scammed I purchased one key in early October and was super excited that I'd be able to fix my broken key for cheap. It has now been nearly a month since I placed this order, and I still have yet to receive this item. I contacted the support email twice and both times I got the same copy and pasted "just wait it out" email, despite the fact that I asked for a refund as I was no longer interested in this product. The website that I ordered my key from has also been displaying nothing but error messages since my order; I have no other way to contact this company. Never ever order from here; seems like nothing but a scam. I am still waiting for a refund, however according to package tracking, this item never left PA...

GBEasy to find the right parts; quick shipping, excellent customer support Was the easiest of sites to navigate and find the correct parts for my laptop. Even with just standard shipping, received within 3 days. Their Youtube and PDF documentation provide directions on how to do it correctly as well. In the process of replacing one of my keys, I somehow broke the plastic rocker/mount. Upon reporting that to their Support, they put a replacement in the mail the same day. Very patient and helpful Support staff.

IEI have just received my replacement "P"… I have just received my replacement "P" key for my laptop and it fitted perfectly on my Dell G5 5590. I don't usually leave reviews but I am relieved after having a bad experience with another company. The delivery was also prompt (Although I had to use An Post Addresspal for Irish delivery) Great Job!!!
