FME Modules is untrustworthy FME Modules is not able to make a purchased module available in the customer download area immediately after payment has been made. Only after repeated inquiries was I sent a link to Google Drive without comment, from which I could download the module. The invoice issued does not even contain a full address for the company. These points are just poor for a company that develops extensions for shop systems. The module itself works perfectly. Still, I would definitely never buy anything here again.

Still no answers In the ticket that I opened with their support ("Free Life Time Support") on 28/10/2023 their last answer was 5/01/2023 14:07. The prestashop module is still giving problems, some problems were solved but others I have been waiting 192 days but they have already told me that they don't know how to solve it, so they keep quiet... I have to stay with a module that is broken and is making my log file heavier every day.

Bought Prestashop Product Labels and… Bought Prestashop Product Labels and Stickers Module which didn't work. Contacted suppport but they found no solution. They promised the money back, but two months later nothing has happened. I can probably survive losing €49, but it's not right to cheat people when you promise a moneyback guarantee. I can in NO way recommend trading in FME modules
