Purchased a prestashop module Purchased a prestashop module, my site a highly customised so I knew the module would need to be integrated with my site. The after sales/support team was extremely helpful and jumped in to get the task done quickly. great job guys

Bought Prestashop Product Labels and… Bought Prestashop Product Labels and Stickers Module which didn't work. Contacted suppport but they found no solution. They promised the money back, but two months later nothing has happened. I can probably survive losing €49, but it's not right to cheat people when you promise a moneyback guarantee. I can in NO way recommend trading in FME modules

Excellent attention and lifetime support As an online store developer, my experience with FME modules has always been excellent. I have several modules purchased from each client, with more than 50 stores running on the latest versions of prestashop without problems. If I have ever had a small problem they have always solved it in the best way, they have even applied improvements proposed by me. For the following I have to say that I will continue buying: - Modules with good functions and stable. - Excellent attention and lifetime support. - Lifetime upgrades. - Better value for money than other developers. Tengo varios módulos comprados a cada cliente, con más de 50 tiendas funcionando en las últimas versiones de prestashop sin problemas. Si alguna vez he tenido un pequeño problema siempre lo han solucionado de la mejor manera, incluso han aplicado mejoras propuestas por mi. Por lo siguiente tengo que decir que seguiré comprando: - Módulos con buenas funciones y estables. - Excelente atención y soporte de por vida. - Actualizaciones de por vida. - Mejor relación calidad-precio que otros desarrolladores. FME Modules is untrustworthy FME Modules is not able to make a purchased module available in the customer download area immediately after payment has been made. Only after repeated inquiries was I sent a link to Google Drive without comment, from which I could download the module. The invoice issued does not even contain a full address for the company. These points are just poor for a company that develops extensions for shop systems. The module itself works perfectly. Still, I would definitely never buy anything here again.

Still no answers In the ticket that I opened with their support ("Free Life Time Support") on 28/10/2023 their last answer was 5/01/2023 14:07. The prestashop module is still giving problems, some problems were solved but others I have been waiting 192 days but they have already told me that they don't know how to solve it, so they keep quiet... I have to stay with a module that is broken and is making my log file heavier every day.
