They promised the money back, but two months later nothing has happened. I can probably survive losing €49, but it's not right to cheat people when you promise a moneyback guarantee. I can in NO way recommend trading in FME modules

Still no answers In the ticket that I opened with their support ("Free Life Time Support") on 28/10/2023 their last answer was 5/01/2023 14:07. The prestashop module is still giving problems, some problems were solved but others I have been waiting 192 days but they have already told me that they don't know how to solve it, so they keep quiet... I have to stay with a module that is broken and is making my log file heavier every day.
