Awaiting parts I placed an order in January 2021. Optimaltex replied via email on March 2nd saying they are waiting on my graphics card and it would be shipped from their manufacturer on the 16th. I have tried contacting them with no replies thier last contact with me was March 9th. It is now May 4th.

Well what can I say... Bought a item (that didnt show it was out of stock) but it was. Had a wait time of longer than I wanted. But once they realized the items wasn't going to be sent out anytime soon. They gave refund quickly. Only bad experience I had is that the website doesn't show a item is out of stock. Other than that, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say that if the pandemic wasnt going on . I think they would be great place to buy from

I purchased a pc in august for my son… I purchased a pc in august for my son had to send it back two times due to damage, not sure who caused the damage just knw it was not me or my son. Been waiting for my money for a month now. Ups said they sent back the item and refunded the company for the damage. I just want my money.
