GBI have requested a refund for my order… I have requested a refund for my order that has not been completed. I requested the refund on the 7th of June. OptimalTex stated that they will process my request and consider it approved. I messaged them on the 22nd of June and OptimalTex stated they will check the account that day and will send a refund confirmation. I have yet to receive any of these.

GBDONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME Ordered a pc in February, they told me mid April. Mid April I reached out and they said GPUs on back order, and to check back in July and if at that point they still don’t come they’d refund me. I gave them an extra week or so and here I am, early august, no computer and no refund and now, im not receiving anything back from their business pages. No telephone number to call and the Business emails are NOT being replied to either. Terrible customer service. Hyped you up with low prices to get you to confirm an order then beg you to stay and stick around because they don’t have in stock what you ordered. If you order with OptimalTex, you’re literally just throwing away your money. Order elsewhere. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

GBWell what can I say... Bought a item (that didnt show it was out of stock) but it was. Had a wait time of longer than I wanted. But once they realized the items wasn't going to be sent out anytime soon. They gave refund quickly. Only bad experience I had is that the website doesn't show a item is out of stock. Other than that, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say that if the pandemic wasnt going on . I think they would be great place to buy from

GBI purchased a pc in august for my son… I purchased a pc in august for my son had to send it back two times due to damage, not sure who caused the damage just knw it was not me or my son. Been waiting for my money for a month now. Ups said they sent back the item and refunded the company for the damage. I just want my money.
