Currently using to create backups on a USB pendrive in FLAC Lossless format, ostensibly to play in the car, thus overcoming Apple's propensity to prevent any non-Apple-connectable playing audio from your Apple Library. Punctual support team I’m writing this review because I’m actually surprised at how punctual the support team is at responding to issues. They refunded my account when I accidentally bought the wrong package, and when I upgraded to Mac OS Sonoma it cleared my registration code but within minutes of my email they responded with my code and I was back up and running. Efficient and simple We've been using this app for two years now and it fulfilled all of our needs in term of quality, speed and most of all stability! Any playlist we put on we'll be downloaded very efficiently without the need to check twice as long as you make sure that you are properly connected to your account! The only downside is that you can use it only on one computer and if you chose Windows, then you are stuck with it...
