Just used NoteBurner for windows Just used NoteBurner for windows, it worked perfectly downloading Spotify songs, and even can convert to FLAC, the best quality audio format I think. I believe the program just downloads songs from Spotify, instead of re-encoding them. Now Apple Music offers lossless quality and I'm planning to give it a try to see if it will also actually download the ALAC from Apple Music. If you guys could give me a discount, I'm gonna upgrade to the lifetime plan.

I wanted an app/program that I could… I wanted an app/program that I could use to create a libary of songs that I had many years ago. At first it worked fine and then it didnt. I left it up to the noteburner team to fix the issue that it couldnt parse the song. It took around two weeks to fix the issue.To all other users be patient as a fix will come. I just left it up to noteburner team and it was fixed. Thanks very Team.

I have used Noteburner for around 7 years now. I have used Noteburner for around 7 years now. I have found it to be the best Suite of Audio Converter Software around. Currently using to create backups on a USB pendrive in FLAC Lossless format, ostensibly to play in the car, thus overcoming Apple's propensity to prevent any non-Apple-connectable playing audio from your Apple Library. Hooked for the long haul! NoteBurner's tech support team has been awesome to work with! I've only been using the product for a couple of months now, but on every occasion where I've run into an issue, they've responded with a solution immediately! As for the product itself, what can I say? As a wedding dj, it's become the perfect solution for converting my customized playlists from Spotify Premium into mp3 files, which I can then permanently transfer to my external hard drive. No more purchasing one song at a time from iTunes! No question about it, NoteBurner has me hooked for the long haul!

DOES NOT WORK UPDATE: This software does not work AT ALL!!! NOTEBURNER MUSIC ONE will begin to convert amazon albums but will then error out after converting a few tracks. When converting from TIDAL, it does not preserve the track quality - meaning all tracks are converted to 16/44.1 (even if they are listed as MAX in tidal desktop application. NOTEBURNER support said to set the conversion to either 96 or 192; but that would risk unwanted upconversion or downconversion when the file is saved. NOTEBURNER support indicated that this is a known problem.
