I have used Noteburner for around 7 years now. I have used Noteburner for around 7 years now. I have found it to be the best Suite of Audio Converter Software around. Currently using to create backups on a USB pendrive in FLAC Lossless format, ostensibly to play in the car, thus overcoming Apple's propensity to prevent any non-Apple-connectable playing audio from your Apple Library. I paid for the subscription, got nothing I paid for the subscription for Noteburner to convert mp3s. Never got the code or email receipt. Contacted support multiple time to this day. Not a single response. Crickets. Had contest the charge with my bank. On 01-22-2024 I received contact from Noteburner support finally. Said my email was typed incorrectly. They said I needed to purchase again with the correct email and will then refund the original purchase. I Will do.

Hooked for the long haul! NoteBurner's tech support team has been awesome to work with! I've only been using the product for a couple of months now, but on every occasion where I've run into an issue, they've responded with a solution immediately! As for the product itself, what can I say? As a wedding dj, it's become the perfect solution for converting my customized playlists from Spotify Premium into mp3 files, which I can then permanently transfer to my external hard drive. No more purchasing one song at a time from iTunes! No question about it, NoteBurner has me hooked for the long haul!
