IEI didnt get currency.Waiting 27… I didnt get currency.Waiting 27 hours.Customer online support never answer.Waiting hours. They changed my status from paid to unpaid.(i have screen capture) I have been contact Paypal and now im waiting for money back from Paypal. First 2 was ok.Then bigger order and ...... Never more there.

GBScammed! Spent a fairly substantial amount of money with these scammers. Spent 2 hours in a chat queue, then when talked to a representative, they wouldn’t respond for 30 minutes at a time. None of this is hyperbole. Was eventually (literally 4 hours later) given a vague ‘we’ll contact you’ and haven’t heard a word since. Chat experience was terrible, ran phone battery dead waiting on them, and haven’t received order. Don’t do business with these guys. Filing a paypal complaint for a refund since they won’t even respond to requests now.

GBTerrible service I placed an order for 250 chaos orbs at 5:30 cst on june 29th 2018. I waited for 4 hours in game while also trying to get ahold of customer support. everytime i would get to around #6 in the queue the customer service window would disconnect and tell me to reconnect placing me even further back in the line. at around 12:00 am i recieved an email from them stated i didnt get my currency because i wasnt online.. This is highly unacceptable by the company. What kind of service are you running here?
