I looked for workarounds including their live chat which for three nights in a row said I was first in line but no one ever wrote back. Finally I attempted to email their support (I am a VIP buyer according to their site), and no response there either. According to the website it seems like orders are being placed all the time - I'm beginning to think this is all fake. I used to buy from them so often but it's so much worse all of a sudden. Beware!
