None of this is hyperbole. Was eventually (literally 4 hours later) given a vague ‘we’ll contact you’ and haven’t heard a word since. Chat experience was terrible, ran phone battery dead waiting on them, and haven’t received order. Don’t do business with these guys. Filing a paypal complaint for a refund since they won’t even respond to requests now.
