PHservice is fast and reliable I had two transaction that I decided to cancel, I just simply send it through a comment box that they had on there website and after few min. they responds that my request of cancelling the process was completed and it will not be charge to my credit card . No hassle very simple process and reliable too. Thank you.

GBCheap but spotty I use LigaPRoBrasil mostly because of its price. The connection could be better, but it gets the job done.
