One small gripe One small gripe - Once I paid, I got the following confirmation message "Hello! Thanks we got your order!, we will send you an email with activation code and download link in a few minutes! Thanks Blue Jade Softwares". This is misleading as I only got my activation code 9 hours later after I sent an email to find out what is happening. Possibly change the message.

Spam from seller after placing 1 order I got 10 (TEN) e-mails just for buying a license for MalwareBytes. This does include the payment e-mail from Paypal so that leaves 9 e-mails from the seller. 1. Paypal confirmation (not the sellers fault) 2. Thank you for shopping message (why?!) 3. Same as above, thank you for shopping but with invoice 4. Invoice 5. Order confirmed (uhh, wasn't it confirmed before?) 6. Actual activation code (order) 7. Shipping confirmation 8. Thanks for the order and reward for sharing with friends 9. Another thank you 10. Question to review on Trustpilot The product is great but the spam you get with it.. Now I need to buy an anti-spam filter. E-mails 2, 3, 4 & 5 could have been combined. 6 and 7 could have been combined aswell. 8, 9 and 10 are just not needed at all and just made him get some average rating. If it was for me I would not buy from this shop anymore. Prices might be low, service might be high but amount of e-mails is just not needed and rather annoying.

I don't mind that it took a few hours for the software key to arrive by email but I think that this should be explained to users, particularly in 24X7 world. Also the URL to youtube video, describing installation process included in confirmation email has typos in it. It's a good idea to check all URLs in emails before posting. Otherwise, all was good.

*SCAM* Selling Keys which have been sold multiple times Purchased a Malwarebytes key, couple months later it is deactivated due to too much users. Send them multiple emails and no replies. Stay away!!

Great Customer Service, It Could Use Some Work Though... I like the services here, I also like how I could ask questions if I was curious about certain things. One thing is that there isn't that much clarity what they were talking about, they only gave vague answers. If they had more detail in what they were saying, then I would have rated 5 stars.
