I don't mind that it took a few hours for the software key to arrive by email but I think that this should be explained to users, particularly in 24X7 world. Also the URL to youtube video, describing installation process included in confirmation email has typos in it. It's a good idea to check all URLs in emails before posting. Otherwise, all was good.

Fraud Ok, I have agreed to a refund for an expired lifetime license for MBAM. I'm still waiting for the refund. I don't care about the terms of service since the statute of limitations is 12 years. A week later I still haven't received my money. I will let the cops handle it. Another complaint to the Police for a second lifetime license is in the making.
