The app hangs which is annoying at times you can't buy credit You can't transfer credit you have bought online to the up which is crazy. I have been using it for 3yrs but I think.im at a point Im changing to another provider.

You chargers have been going up as years fly over yet the chargers of calling are supposed to be going down. I really enjoyed your service but with time you lost that customer trust and accountability as you raise the rate. Finally, I shift to Karibu online which much cheaper, reliable and understanding to customers need.
