I was seeking a remedy for the situation and was told they would send me out a replacement right away, free of charge. I was not expecting that. GBPhenomenal Service and care... I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector. As it goes in life, things happen and the screen chipped. When i wrote in to customer service I was blessed enough to get Tony O responding to me. He addressed the issue with me promptly and was able to suggest a better case which I upgraded to. Tony O is the reason I continue to buy from BodyGuardz. I haghly recommend them as the customer service is second to none

GBOrder never received I put in an order for a case and screen protector. They sent me the confirmation and charged my credit card but never sent the email with tracking. Order also not showing on recent orders on their website. They basically charged me for nothing and customer service is impossible to reach. No response for days.
