Tony O excellent customer. Sevice Tony O. Was empathetic knowledge able and extremely helpful.therea afew product delivery issues over a period of at least a week. Tiny literally held my hand and kept the line of communication open and readily available. What could have been very frustrating turned out to be okay. I thank bodygardz for the excellent service

Amazing customer service I have always found this particular company to be professional, and concerned about the customers interest. Regardless of the fact that they do not have a customer service phone number, if you ask by email for a call back, they are more than happy to oblige.

If I could give them 10 stars I would If I could give them 10 stars I would. I’ve been using the screen protectors for about 6+ years now and not once have I been disappointed. My screens have never shattered and even when receiving a new phone, I send my old protector in and get my new phones screen protector back. The customer service/support is always so friendly and kind. Definitely one of the best companies out there.

I am a return customer to bodyguard and… I am a return customer to bodyguard and here is one reason why. I recently made a purchase and I wasn’t able to apply a discount code. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. They applied the discount and communicated until it was confirmed. Great job bodyguard.

Excellent Customer Service I have been purchasing my screen protectors for several years from BG, twice I had to have replacements due to breakage on my part, price, quality and service was great. Recently I purchased yet another screen protector for a new iph and paid $17.05 for 2-day shipping. There was a problem with the delay in shipping and informed it would take several days longer. I contacted CS and explained the situation, and they graciously refunded my 2-day priority shipping. This is what I consider excellent customer service satisfaction. I will continue to refer and purchase from this company.
