I had an issue/ problem with technology and ordering a replacement screen protector for my son, and he helped me through all the steps in a kind, patient, and caring manner. Great product - Company Cares! I've been using BodyGardz screen protectors for my iPhones for several years. I've had to replace many protectors, but I've never lost a phone screen yet because of a dropped phone. Their free replacement policy is amazing, even if they ask you to pay for shipping and handling on the replacement. Nothing wrong with that!
