I had an issue/ problem with technology and ordering a replacement screen protector for my son, and he helped me through all the steps in a kind, patient, and caring manner. Now I am able to get my son the needed replacement screen for his IPhone and it made my day!

Excellent Customer Service I have been purchasing my screen protectors for several years from BG, twice I had to have replacements due to breakage on my part, price, quality and service was great. Recently I purchased yet another screen protector for a new iph and paid $17.05 for 2-day shipping. There was a problem with the delay in shipping and informed it would take several days longer. I contacted CS and explained the situation, and they graciously refunded my 2-day priority shipping. This is what I consider excellent customer service satisfaction. I will continue to refer and purchase from this company.

Great Customer Service I contacted BodyGuardz support as I had completely botched an installation of the new Apex screen protector on one of our 3 iPhone 14’s. I was seeking a remedy for the situation and was told they would send me out a replacement right away, free of charge. I was not expecting that. Phenomenal Service and care... I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector.
