GBExcellent Customer Service I have been purchasing my screen protectors for several years from BG, twice I had to have replacements due to breakage on my part, price, quality and service was great. Recently I purchased yet another screen protector for a new iph and paid $17.05 for 2-day shipping. There was a problem with the delay in shipping and informed it would take several days longer. I contacted CS and explained the situation, and they graciously refunded my 2-day priority shipping. This is what I consider excellent customer service satisfaction. I will continue to refer and purchase from this company.

GBIt was my Mistake, but they handled it Great Unlike a previous reviewer, I too payed shipping for a new protective cover under their lifetime warranty. The process was seemless and it arrived quickly. I too did not realize that I needed to provide original receipt and send back old cover. I was charged full price, but once I caught the error I contacted the company and they made me whole as I explained the entire scenario (offering to find receipt and look for old cover). That was top notch customer service. I now know that when I seek another replacement I'll get the old one ready to send back. (lesson learned). And the cost is minimal and honored, which is more than I can say for many things these days.

GBPhenomenal Service and care... I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector. As it goes in life, things happen and the screen chipped. When i wrote in to customer service I was blessed enough to get Tony O responding to me. He addressed the issue with me promptly and was able to suggest a better case which I upgraded to. Tony O is the reason I continue to buy from BodyGuardz. I haghly recommend them as the customer service is second to none

GBGreat product - Company Cares! I've been using BodyGardz screen protectors for my iPhones for several years. I've had to replace many protectors, but I've never lost a phone screen yet because of a dropped phone. Their free replacement policy is amazing, even if they ask you to pay for shipping and handling on the replacement. Nothing wrong with that! I retired to Portugal a few months ago, and they went out of their way to get me a final replacement screen and case for my phone. I highly recommend the quality of the product and service this company provides!
