My screens have never shattered and even when receiving a new phone, I send my old protector in and get my new phones screen protector back. The customer service/support is always so friendly and kind. Definitely one of the best companies out there.

Great product - Company Cares! I've been using BodyGardz screen protectors for my iPhones for several years. I've had to replace many protectors, but I've never lost a phone screen yet because of a dropped phone. Their free replacement policy is amazing, even if they ask you to pay for shipping and handling on the replacement. Nothing wrong with that! I retired to Portugal a few months ago, and they went out of their way to get me a final replacement screen and case for my phone. I highly recommend the quality of the product and service this company provides!
