I was seeking a remedy for the situation and was told they would send me out a replacement right away, free of charge. I was not expecting that. I had an issue/ problem with technology and ordering a replacement screen protector for my son, and he helped me through all the steps in a kind, patient, and caring manner. Now I am able to get my son the needed replacement screen for his IPhone and it made my day!
