GBGreat Customer Service I contacted BodyGuardz support as I had completely botched an installation of the new Apex screen protector on one of our 3 iPhone 14’s. I was seeking a remedy for the situation and was told they would send me out a replacement right away, free of charge. I was not expecting that. Thank you BodyGuardz for going above and beyond with great customer service.

GBSame thing everybody else says Same thing everybody else says. "Lifetime" replacements last 1 year and require so many hoops, you might as well just pay 20 dollars for any other screen protector off Amazon, and avoid all the trouble of getting charged full price for a defective product. Mine came loose in 3 months.

GBPhenomenal Service and care... I cannot even begin to tell you what a help Tony O has been with my recent order. I have a 14 Pro and spent the extra money for a better screen protector. As it goes in life, things happen and the screen chipped. When i wrote in to customer service I was blessed enough to get Tony O responding to me. He addressed the issue with me promptly and was able to suggest a better case which I upgraded to. Tony O is the reason I continue to buy from BodyGuardz. I haghly recommend them as the customer service is second to none
