GBOrder never received I put in an order for a case and screen protector. They sent me the confirmation and charged my credit card but never sent the email with tracking. Order also not showing on recent orders on their website. They basically charged me for nothing and customer service is impossible to reach. No response for days.

GBAmazing customer service I have always found this particular company to be professional, and concerned about the customers interest. Regardless of the fact that they do not have a customer service phone number, if you ask by email for a call back, they are more than happy to oblige.

GBI honestly cannot say enough good… I honestly cannot say enough good things about my Bodyguardz case! As a toddler mom my phone get thrown, dropped, wet and covered in all sorts of messes and it's only because of my Bodyguardz case that I don't have to replace it every single time. Not to mention, they are super cute and lightweight and their customer service is top notch.

GBGreat Customer Service I contacted BodyGuardz support as I had completely botched an installation of the new Apex screen protector on one of our 3 iPhone 14’s. I was seeking a remedy for the situation and was told they would send me out a replacement right away, free of charge. I was not expecting that.
