great service Receved my key in 10 minutes (battlefield 3) no proff required , and they are smart, they send the key to the email, which was used to do the paymant, not the registration mail, smart move, to avoid abuse, also EA sucks, and my battlefield 3 registered wrong and on the account, so they had to give me a new key with B2K DLC xD which i didn't buy. Edit: Also forgot, this is a german site, and in quality i trust! I havent heard or used a bad quality german product

Very slow delivery I had to send a ticket to another website reseller for gamekeys4u after 15 hours or so. They answered me relatively fast with a link to a steam gift/trade.. I got my game cheaper than average stores anyway.

Initial problem, but was fixed quickly I purchased a Steam key for Civilization V from this company. Unfortunately, it didn't work at all when I tried it. I sent a message to customer service, who responded very quickly. They sent me a new key that worked fine. I would have liked the key to work on the first try, but I was impressed by the customer service and am happy overall with my purchase.
