It took more than two weeks get my… It took more than two weeks get my phone screen and sim tray replaced. I had to return the phone because it was not receiving and calling out and the phone was not charging. When I finally came to pickup the phone the new screen was scratched by technician who did the final repair to fix the problems.

The process is sound The process is sound, and eventually it got fixed. But took too long, and only when I called was I notified of a shipping issue holding it up. Upon receiving laptop back, bottom screws were all missing from the case, and a wire was closed in over the ethernet port making it un-usable. They offered a free fix, which is great, but it's still 30 minutes each way - which is time wasted had it been done properly. Again, overall process with notifications appears sound, the solution just wasn't quality.

I was initially sticker shocked but quickly realized the repair was much cheaper than replacing my machine. When CRD informed me that they had received the wrong part and the repair would be delayed I was concerned that the cost would go up. Computer Repair Doctor stuck by their estimate and now my 2015 MBP works like new. I would recommend Computer Repair Doctor to anyone who needs computer repair.

Awesome! It was my lucky day that I found this business after my old computer repair man closed his shop. This is one of those business's that you say after your first visit "I will never go anywhere else". The owner is extremely knowledgeable and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination :) But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness in the shop. It is a quality that can't be faked. What a happy place to visit.
