Awesome! It was my lucky day that I found this business after my old computer repair man closed his shop. This is one of those business's that you say after your first visit "I will never go anywhere else". The owner is extremely knowledgeable and service is fast and reasonable, what a winning combination :) But what also impressed me was the genuine kindness in the shop. It is a quality that can't be faked. What a happy place to visit.

May this business live long In the challenging NYC environment, can't give enough stars to this company that's quick, honest (say "no" when a repair doesn't pay off), technically competent and finally, trustworthy enough to leave the data on your devices. Happy customer of over a decade for many repairs of phones, tablets, PCs and failed hard drives.

My laptop was very cranky My laptop was very cranky, I dropped it off at Computer Repair Dr, unfortunately shortly thereafter, the business closed down because of Covid issues.Their phone number had a very simple message that they were closed. My laptop was unavailable to me for close to 3 weeks. Not able to do P/T work etc. During this time I was not contacted by any one from the business. MMMM. I finely drove to their location to find out they were open, HUH? Another couple of days later finally my laptop was repaired. I would suggest that they implement a personal contact with their customers should an incident occur again. This is not local staff issues, but rather Management/Ownership.I would go to them again because of the staff.

Excellent service and repair job Excellent service and repair job. So much more affordable and timely than the apple store. I had my laptop screen repaired during the holidays (xmas and new years), and there was no delay. My computer is perfect now. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware! Any where else is a better choice To say this company lacks in customer service is like saying it was bad to be Jewish in Germany circa 1940. First, took computer in to have screen fixed, they told me price range, I told them OK. Said it would be 2 weeks, 4 weeks later went in and was told they tried to call to confirm I wanted computer fixed and I didn’t answer, they had my number off by a digit in their data base. Then after 3 more weeks tried to call and pay to get it with another person picking it up, was told I could not pay by credit card. So your average dominos is more technically advanced than these digital experts. What a joke. I’d literally drive to Boise to avoid these clowns. Buyer be VERY AWARE
